Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Skyfall Audio for your music production tools. We work hard to provide high-quality sample packs, presets, and digital sound libraries.

Because our products are delivered digitally and cannot be “returned,” our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and protective of both our customers and our intellectual property.



1. Digital Product Refunds

Since all Skyfall Audio products are digital and instantly downloadable, all sales are generally final. Once a product has been downloaded, we cannot offer refunds unless one of the exceptions below applies.



2. Refund Exceptions

We may issue a refund only under the following circumstances:


a. Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, we will issue a refund for the duplicate order after verifying it in our system.


b. Technical Issues Preventing Use

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the product and our support team cannot resolve it, you may be eligible for a refund.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of purchase.
  • You must provide a detailed description of the issue and allow us reasonable time to troubleshoot.

c. Incorrect Product Delivery

If you received the wrong product due to an error on our end, we will replace it or refund your purchase.



3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchasing
  • Incompatibility due to outdated or unsupported software
  • Claims made after the product has been downloaded without proof of technical issue
  • Products purchased during sales, bundles, or promotional discounts

5. Chargebacks

Filing an unapproved chargeback for a valid purchase may result in:

  • Termination of access to all Skyfall Audio products
  • A ban from future purchases
  • Submission of evidence to the payment provider disputing the chargeback
